Smartpoint touches the lives of children and their siblings and parents, enriching and equipping them for a better future. Since thirty percent of Indonesia’s population is under the age of eighteen, it is crucial that the children are reached in order for them to effectively serve in the country. In this playgroup-style setting, fifty young children learn the national language and reading readiness skills as well as practice fine motor skills.
By serving these young children in a positive early learning environment, Smartpoint believes that they will provide a better future for the community and continue to build bridges to the hearts of their neighbors.
Smartpoint serves 1,100+ children at 50+ locations in Indonesia. Children are educated, mothers are enriched with culinary skills, and youth are equipped with computer skills needed for employment. People of different backgrounds have opened the doors for this program.
